Bad Sounds had a fantastic 2016, releasing several fantastic singles and a lengthy touring summer capturing hearts across UK festivals and beyond. Since then, the band have released a steady stream of catchy pop bangers, many featuring long-time collaborator ThisisDA, with whom Bad Sounds have crafted a Rizzle Kicks-esque sound. Now back to their original line up, ‘Meat On My Bones’ shows that the band are equally capable of creating blisteringly fun pop by themselves. Despite its bizarre theme, a friend’s tattoo of a dead dog, the song is a deeply fun romp complete with quirky effects and psychedelic outbursts.
